Hands & Forearm

This is the perfect technique for those who heavily use their hands. Most see immediate improvement in pain and mobility. This intense technique targets every muscle, tendon, and ligament in the hand and forearm. I highly suggest a minimum of 90-minutes for the first session.

My signature therapeutic massage identifies problem areas and works to resolve these issues. My sessions tend to be deeper work incorporating stretch and trigger point therapies. Keeping a balance between intense muscle release and relaxation, you wont find a more fully comprehensive treatment session. Communication is required to ensure you have the most positive experience that is possible. Add on a hand and foot treatment, essential oils, CBD oil, and aromatherapy. Your feedback has led me to have nearly every upgrade possible. You are in for a truly unique and exceptional massage service. 

TMJD/Intraoral

Intraoral massage is an effective treatment for clients who suffer from TMJ dysfunction, headaches or excess jaw tension. Latex-free gloves are worn while working inside the mouth to release the muscles and fascia involved with chewing and jaw clenching.

Chest Massage

Chest Massage consists of specific strokes such as kneading, rubbing or squeezing strokes applied to the soft tissue of the breast in order to increase blood and lymph flow and open up the diaphragm to improve digestion and respiration. Certain forms of breast massage are sometimes used with lymph drainage techniques after breast cancer surgery and should only be performed by a massage therapist with expertise in this specific technique.

Chest Massage can be included in any massage service or purchased as a focused session.

Integrative Pelvic Floor

I use a blend of subtle, deep tissue, and myofascial release techniques, blended with breath and inner visioning, to encourage gentle external and internal pelvic and abdominal rebalancing. Together, we address physical-energetic imbalances that can block or limit energy, creative aspirations, or core vitality, and make space for healing from birth trauma, miscarriage, surgery, sexual, physical or emotional abuse, or general energetic disconnect. I will work within the legal limitations of my massage license. This session does not include internal vaginal work. 

Integrative Pelvic Bodywork is beneficial to relax or enhance function of the pelvic floor muscles as well as supplemental options that may:

Electric Muscle Stimulation Therapy

• To strengthen and tone your muscles if you mix EMS machine usage with active exercises and a suitable diet. 
• To aid recovery and promote faster recovery time. 
• To increase natural collagen which can boost muscle mass, relieve joint pain, prevent bone loss, etc.
