• Complete a minimum amount of continuing education hours each year.

• Maintain an ethical standard and code of conduct in client interactions.

• Maintain a high quality of customer service for each and every client.

• Commit to appointments that are made and following through with the schedule as set.

• Love massage therapy and ensuring clients receive the best services possible to achieve their goals for massage therapy.

• Work with client outcome in mind, referring to another therapist when indicated. 

• Hold to the highest level of honesty and integrity, be trustworthy and transparent. 

• Be upbuilding and encouraging with all other therapists and employees, and other massage therapists in the community.
